Details on the Meeting Notes
TOP 1: Update on the Leoben Team progress by Elmar
Papers of Vedant and Fotios and of Niko were published at UR2024. Niko went to the Oxford Summer School. New senior researcher position: https://cps.unileoben.ac.at/1-senior-researcher-tenure-track-professorship-option-2406wpe/
TOP 2: Update on the Erlangen Team progress by Philipp
Adna: Simulation of the wire-maze experiment using splines is ongoing work. In the real-world setting, the current challenge is to measure the distance from the cricle center to the wire of the wire-maze. One idea would be to use a depth camera like a Realsense D455.
Ege: 1. Wire-maze idea of experiencing the wire haptically. The Robot arm is exploring the wire in the space. Potentially, kinesthetic teaching and probabilistic movement primitives might be good models. Niko will look at the data of Ege and provide feedback.
2. Quick update on shared control. Fine-tuning. Hypotheses specified and conditions are defined.
Philipp: Report plan: Draft by the end of October. Programming in July, Report in September.
TOP 3: Next meeting: September 10th 2024 10.00-11.00
